Decolonizing Aid Pitch

While working at Project Tres, a non-profit organization, I was tasked with designing a funding application presentation for submission to Brave Space. The objective was to communicate the mission of Project Tres and confidently demonstrate how the funding would be used. I created a clean, structured, and visually compelling presentation that clearly outlined both the organization’s vision and the practical allocation of funds. As a result of the strong narrative and professional design, Project Tres successfully secured €133,000 in funding.

Brand refresh

I partnered with another designer to lead a brand refresh for Project Tres, a non-profit empowering women through education and income-generating skills. The brief from the founders was to evolve the visual identity into something younger, bolder, and more consistent, while still honouring the grassroots heart of the organisation.

The original identity, while heartfelt, lacked cohesion. Typography varied widely, the logo was hard to use across formats, and color usage, though emotional, was not systematised. These inconsistencies made it difficult for the brand to resonate clearly, especially across digital platforms.

In response, we developed a refreshed identity that feels vibrant and intentional. We introduced a new logo with clearer hierarchy, a defined color palette that balances earthiness with energy, and structured typography rules that elevate storytelling. Organic graphics and updated layouts bring warmth and flexibility to everything from social content to printed materials.

The result is a brand that feels hopeful, modern, and human, designed to amplify the impact of the people it represents.
