I was contracted by the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine (BNITM) as a web designer to create a dedicated website for their Loa loa virus study. The aim was to deliver a clear, accessible platform communicating the study’s purpose and progress to stakeholders, including international research partners and governmental bodies.
I worked closely with a developer to ensure compliance with strict governmental accessibility standards. The CMS was designed to be fully editable by the internal BNITM team, enabling ongoing updates without external support. The result is a responsive, multilingual website that presents complex scientific research in a transparent and approachable way.
